How can I find out what type of subscription our school has?
From your teacher account you will be able to view the school’s or class subscription.
I have purchased a class subscription but my students can’t get access.
With class subscriptions they will be assigned to the class listed in the purchase order. If the name of your class has changed the you can move the subscription from one class to another.
I have moved schools and need to change my school’s name and address.
If you have moved schools you would need to first leave the old school’s account and join your new school.
Our school has purchased a subscription, how do we assign them to the classes/students?
The subscription will be assigned according to the purchase order. Find out about the different types of subscriptions and how they are assigned.
I am the school admin/principle we have purchased a subscription and I would like access. How do I get the log in for my account?
For data security, all users will need to register for a teacher account on Sumdog. We currently do not have an admin account on Sumdog and all teachers have the same access.
